Cancellation & Refund Policy

Introduction

We strive to deliver high-quality photography services with professionalism and commitment. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which bookings may be cancelled and refunds (if any) may be processed.

Cancellations by Client

  • A booking deposit in case of partial payment (usually 30–50% of the package price) is required to secure the date and will be non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled shoot may be eligible for rescheduling at no extra cost (subject to availability).
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • In case of rescheduling, additional costs may apply depending on date and resource availability.

Cancellations by Photographer

  • In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly.
  • The client may choose between a full refund of any payments made or rescheduling the shoot at a mutually agreed date.
  • We are not liable for any consequential damages or costs incurred due to cancellation.

Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not offered once services have been rendered or editing work has commenced.
  • If a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Any bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
