Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our photography services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide photography services including but not limited to fashion, portrait, events, and e-commerce photography. Specific deliverables are outlined in the package or custom agreement.

Booking & Payment

  • Partial or Full payment is allowed via payment gateway on website via 'Book Now' option. This is to confirm the booking slots. The balance payment is due on or before delivery of the final images.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed by a booking contract.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the shoot may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Deliverables

  • Final edited images will be delivered digitally (via cloud/drive link) unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery timelines vary per package but typically range from 3 to 15 business days.

Usage Rights

  • Clients receive personal usage rights for delivered images.
  • Commercial usage, advertising, or resale requires an extended license agreement and additional fees.
  • The photographer retains copyright to all images unless otherwise transferred in writing.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining necessary permissions for shooting locations, and ensuring cooperation during the shoot.

Photographer Liability

We take utmost care to deliver high-quality images. However, liability is limited to the value of the booking fee in case of unforeseen technical issues, force majeure, or equipment failure.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and do not share project details without consent, except when required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
