Shipping Policy
Introduction
Our photography services are primarily digital in nature, and all deliverables such as images, videos, and edits are provided through secure online platforms. Therefore, in most cases, there is no physical shipping involved.
Digital Deliverables
- All final images and videos will be delivered via secure download links (such as Google Drive, WeTransfer, or cloud storage, etc.).
- Clients are encouraged to download and back up their files within the provided timeline.
- No shipping charges apply for digital deliveries.
Physical Deliverables (Optional)
In some cases, clients may request physical products such as:
- Pen drives containing the edited images/videos
- Printed photo albums
- Special gift items agreed upon in the contract
For such cases:
- Physical items will be shipped only within India unless otherwise agreed.
- Standard delivery timelines are 7–15 business days depending on location.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated and agreed upon before dispatch.
- We use reliable courier partners and will provide tracking details wherever applicable.
Damage or Loss During Shipping
- While we ensure safe packaging, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.
- In case of damaged delivery, clients must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a replacement (if applicable). A video of package opening will help us to ensure further claims.
